Overpopulation globally is an addressed issue impacting human lives, marine and the surrounding ecosystem; it adding pressure on available resources that should be optimized to suit needs. Yet with improper management of monitoring daily activities, environment will further negatively impacted. With overpopulation higher urbanization rates are noticed demand seeking better health facilities, education, jobs well-being; this progression driving more into infrastructure sector able accommodate growth rates. Hence, need having sustainable communities aiming at optimizing used, working towards feasible, environmentally friendly cost-effective a occupant’s experience in action. Sustainable development goals (SDG) vital developed by United Nations Development Program (UNDP) 2015 address guide through 17 interconnected global serving previously mentioned trend. Out goals, Cities Communities (goal #11) Good Health Well-Being #3) focus paper directed holding comparative analysis between community scale commonly known mostly used rating system Leadership Energy Environmental Design (LEED-Cities Communities) (USA) versus similar systems like Tarsheed-Communities (Egypt) Estidama-Pearl (UAE) meeting goal #11. Conjointly, another complimenting review wellbeing systems, such as Fitwel Well studied under #3; however, they focused building assessment. Living Community Challenge (LCC, USA) linking & credits was first issued 2006, yet not cost effective neither easy apply acting primary step while being affordable, accessible, implement. The objective highlight pros gaps both categories studies occupants’ based scientific content commercial acceptance do-ability.
